Indivieu is a founder-led digital marketing and business consulting agency seeking a Marketing Lead to build a scalable inbound demand generation engine. The role involves attracting, capturing, and converting cold traffic into leads for the Sales and Revenue teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Launch Meta campaigns
- Test LinkedIn ads
- Manage retargeting systems
- Improve cost efficiency and lead quality
- Build and optimize landing pages
- Improve conversion rates
- Test offers, messaging, and lead magnets
- Increase inbound form submissions
- Develop case studies and proof assets
- Build conversion-focused marketing content
- Support funnel assets (guides, ebooks, webinars)
- Strengthen inbound trust signals
- Set up marketing automation workflows
- Build email nurture sequences
- Improve tracking + attribution
- Support HubSpot marketing integration
Skills
- 4–8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation
- Experience running Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Strong landing page optimization experience
- Understanding of conversion funnels and analytics
- Comfortable in early-stage startup environments
- SaaS or agency marketing experience
- SEO + content experience
- HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
- Marketing automation experience
- Funnel building experience
