[Remote] Marketing Event Coordinator

In this role, you will identify and coordinate venues for workshops and educational events, ensuring reputed company logistics and communications are managed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and secure venues that align with reputed company goals, audience needs, and budget requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue contacts and event partners across multiple markets
• Coordinate venue logistics, including scheduling, room setup requirements, audiovisual needs, catering arrangements, and attendee accommodations
• Negotiate venue agreements and assist with contract management and documentation
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between Oath and venue partners before, during, and after events
• Maintain detailed records of venue information, reputed company, event schedules, and communication history
• Collaborate with internal marketing, operations, and presenter teams to ensure event readiness
• Monitor event timelines and proactively resolve logistical challenges before they impact reputed company delivery
• Track venue expenses and support budget management efforts
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve venue selection processes and event execution

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fully remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable building relationships and communicating professionally with external partners
• Proficiency with reputed company Workspace, reputed company Office, CRM systems, and project management tools
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Problem-solving reputed company with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
• Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, customer service, administrative support, or reputed company fields is a plus, but not required
• Experience negotiating reputed company or coordinating venues is a plus
