Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), you will:

  • Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address concerns, schedule future appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning.
  • Design, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and recovery pathways.
  • Document clinical notes and progress updates consistently, ensuring compliance with established professional standards.
  • Administer comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop strategic intervention plans.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to client preferences and clinical needs.
  • Engage in scheduled supervision to reflect on practice, gain insight, and enhance clinical skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele consisting of adults, children, and families with various mental health challenges. Our focus is on tailoring treatment strategies to address unique individual circumstances, ensuring that every client is understood and supported on their journey to recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • A valid and unrestricted LPCC license for independent practice.
  • A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
  • Strong skills in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

Preferred Experience In addition to the qualifications, candidates with additional training in evidence-based therapies and those who have worked with underserved populations will be highly regarded. Experience with digital client management systems and a familiarity with telehealth platforms will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a robust benefits package that includes:
