Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), you will:
- Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing strong therapeutic alliances while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, address concerns, schedule future appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning.
- Design, implement, and regularly monitor individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and recovery pathways.
- Document clinical notes and progress updates consistently, ensuring compliance with established professional standards.
- Administer comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and develop strategic intervention plans.
- Provide individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to client preferences and clinical needs.
- Engage in scheduled supervision to reflect on practice, gain insight, and enhance clinical skills.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele consisting of adults, children, and families with various mental health challenges. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
- A valid and unrestricted LPCC license for independent practice.
- A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
- Proficiency in various computer applications, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.
- Strong skills in conducting intake assessments and delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Preferred Experience In addition to the qualifications, candidates with additional training in evidence-based therapies and those who have worked with underserved populations will be highly regarded. Experience with digital client management systems and a familiarity with telehealth platforms will also enhance your candidacy.
Compensation and Benefits
