The role involves recruiting and placing attorneys, developing relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments, and consulting clients on hiring needs and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and place attorneys across a variety of practice areas based on pre-defined needs
- Develop relationships with law firms and corporate legal departments
- Source, screen, and interview attorney candidates
- Consult with clients regarding hiring needs and market trends
- Build and maintain long-term candidate and client relationships

- Has experience recruiting and placing attorneys
- Builds strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Communicates professionally and follows through
- Is organized, self-motivated, and accountable
- Enjoys business development and networking
- Thrives in a collaborative environment
- Experience in attorney recruiting, legal search, legal staffing, law firm recruiting, or attorney placement is strongly preferred
- Existing relationships within the legal community are a plus
- JD, attorney recruiting experience, or significant experience working with attorneys and law firms is strongly preferred
