[Remote] Legal Operations Timekeeping Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ATR International is hiring a Legal Global Services Operations Timekeeping Manager for a major client. The role involves managing timekeeper setup, rate governance, and billing data integrity for outside counsel partners and internal stakeholders, while also resolving day-to-day requests and executing key programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 support, with the ability to synthesize issues for management review
- Identify recurring issues and escalation patterns, contributing to process improvement initiatives and knowledge base documentation
- Support system testing and data validation projects
- DRI for the Timekeeper portion of the Vendor Onboarding workflow
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Spend, SVE, Procurement, etc) and outside counsel to research and resolve discrepancies
Skills
- 5+ years' experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or a related financial operations role
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume support, customer service, or operations environment with an emphasis on program management
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable guidance
- Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments where process may still be taking shape
- Background in process documentation or workflow improvement
- Proficiency with ticketing/case management systems and e-billing platforms
- Experience supporting legal operations, law firms, or professional services environments
- Familiarity with TeamConnect or Litify platforms
