[Remote] Legal Case Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Eleos Law LLP is seeking a Legal Case Manager to play an important role in coordinating with clients and managing crucial data. The role involves engaging clients, organizing case documentation, and facilitating medical records requests to ensure smooth case management.
Responsibilities
- Engage clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and address concerns. Foster strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust in legal representation
- Gather, organize, and verify pertinent data and documentation for each case. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of case information, facilitating efficient case management and decision-making
- Maintain up-to-date case records and progress within the management system. Enable real-time tracking of case status and facilitate seamless collaboration among team members
- Initiate, follow up on, and review medical records pertinent to each case. Ensure timely access to relevant medical information, supporting case evaluation and strategy development
- Conduct comprehensive initial case assessments and develop strategies for case progression. Lay the groundwork for effective case management, setting the stage for successful resolution

- Legal Communication Level 2: Exhibits a working knowledge of legal concepts and procedures necessary to complete assigned tasks. Works with limited supervision, demonstrating the capability to make decisions within defined parameters. Utilizes resources effectively to stay current in the area of legal practice. Maintains proficiency in the identified area of legal expertise. Applies knowledge to solve practical issues and contributes to problem-solving discussions
- Legal Project Management Level 2: Recommends new or revised procedures as needed to collect, review, and maintain information. Tracks and manages project activities, demonstrating the ability to initiate shifts in priorities based on internal and external demands. May coordinate multiple cases or projects efficiently. Works with limited supervision, demonstrating self-direction in tasks
- Legal Knowledge Level 2: Exhibits working knowledge of applicable court and administrative procedures, methods, and practices, and their application. Demonstrates a working understanding of the agency's role and services provided to the client(s). Applies working knowledge of applicable office policies and procedures of the agency and client(s) in daily tasks and responsibilities
- Litigation Support Level 2: Exhibits a working knowledge of the specific area of law and judicial procedures. Independently follows legal procedures in a variety of matters. Drafts pleadings, discovery requests, and responses under the supervision of an attorney. Participates actively in case strategy meetings and contributes to decision-making processes. Assists in trial or hearing preparation, organizing exhibits, and drafting necessary documents
