[Remote] IWS - Senior Sales Manager Mobile Water Treatment

Aquatech is a leading global provider of water and process technology solutions, tackling the challenges of water scarcity and complexity. They are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in the mobile water treatment market across North America, focusing on developing and closing opportunities in industrial markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial sales activities for both Bridge (Short-term) and BOO projects
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across key markets (industrial, energy, municipal, etc.)
- Engage directly with customers to understand needs and position a tailored mobile solution.s
- Partner with regional sales managers to identify, develop, and close mobile water opportunities
- Develop technical solutions, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to win business.s
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure feasible and competitive offerings
- Lead contract negotiations and drive deals through to close
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Skills
- 8 years or more of experience in water treatment, industrial services, or related field
- Proven track record in technical or solution-based sales in industrial markets
- Experience with mobile/modular water systems, rentals, or BOO models
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-closing capability
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority
- Willingness to travel as required (30–50%)
