[Remote] IT Project Coordinator, Healthcare - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NTT DATA North America is a leading provider of outsourcing services and automation. They are seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support IT revenue cycle initiatives, focusing on coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track intake and pre-initiative activities using Google tools
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and finalize business requirements
- Ensure initiative readiness (resource capacity, funding, approvals)
- Create and maintain tracking sheets, templates, and documentation
- Generate monthly status reports and update monthly roadmaps using ServiceNow data and Google Slides
- Lead meetings and support ongoing coordination efforts
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to maintain momentum
Skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously (100+)
- Stakeholder communication & meeting facilitation
- Data tracking and reporting (Google Sheets/Slides)
- Critical thinking & ability to learn new systems quickly
- Proactive preparation and follow-through
- Strong organization & attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Google Workspace
