[Remote] Content Strategist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harvey Nash USA is seeking a talented Content Curation Strategist to support a leading global technology organization. This role focuses on enhancing digital content experiences through data-driven insights and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Curate and optimize content experiences across digital productivity platforms
- Manage content publishing workflows and maintain content quality using CMS tools
- Analyze content performance, customer engagement metrics, and usage trends
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Content teams to improve user experiences
- Support content experimentation and recommend improvements based on data insights
- Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with customer needs
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Curation, Content Operations, or Digital Content Management
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
- Strong analytical skills with experience using content performance metrics and reporting
- Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and content quality
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience with AI-powered content tools or content recommendation systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or enterprise productivity platforms
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or customer engagement analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Design, or a related field preferred
