Role Overview Turing is looking for Investment Banking professionals to work with our researchers to improve the performance of AI models. You will apply your expertise in M&A advisory, capital raising, financial modeling, and deal structuring to evaluate and train AI systems. What Does Day-to-Day Look Like

• Evaluate LLM models on investment banking topics such as M&A deal analysis, LBO modelling, accretion/dilution analysis, and pitch book creation.
• Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like deal structuring, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comps), and due diligence assessments.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking (e.g., M&A advisory, ECM, DCM, leveraged finance, or restructuring).
• Strong grasp of financial modelling, deal structuring, valuation methodologies, and corporate finance principles.
• Excellent English written communication. Bonuses (Not at All Necessary)
