Remote Inside Sales Representative — Real Estate Tech & Marketing

For over 26 years, we've helped real estate agents and mortgage professionals across the U.S. grow their business through geotargeted advertising, lead generation, and CRM technology. Our sales team is 80+ representatives strong, and more than 15% have been here over ten years, yes people build real careers here. This is a phone-based role with a structured Monday–Friday schedule, talking with agents and loan officers interested in our marketing tools, lead systems, and growth platforms. How the Role Actually Works — Read This Part We believe in being upfront so you know exactly what you're signing up for:
- You start in Business Development. This is the ramp where you learn our product, process, and scripts. For experienced salespeople, this phase typically runs two weeks to about a month or two before moving into inside sales; how fast is up to you.
- Business Development is high-volume phone work. You'll make a high number (250-275) of outbound dials a day on our dialer, working a short script (about eight sentences) to set up live transfers to our closing team. The target is around seven quality transfers a day. It's a grind, and the people who win here are consistent and coachable.
- Then you move into Inside Sales, where you're closing warm, transferred opportunities. No endless cold-calling, and a short sales cycle. This is where the income really opens up.

- $15–17/hour base + commission + daily incentives
- Realistic year-one earnings: $50,000–$60,000
Inside Sales (after ramp) — four income streams:
- $16–19/hour base (raise on promotion from Biz Dev)
- Commission up to 20% on a sliding scale
- Stretch bonus up to $3,000/month
- Daily cash incentives averaging $1,500–$2,500/month
- Realistic earnings: strong performers earn $120,000–$160,000; our top rep is trending toward $280,000 this year, and our lowest rep on the team is clearing ~$95,000
Pay is bi-weekly (first check of the month is hourly; second includes commission and bonuses). Schedule & Setup
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern, which means a real work-life balance, no nights, weekends, or overtime
- Fully remote
- You provide your own equipment: computer with 16GB RAM, dual monitors, a headset, and a hardwired or 60+ Mbps internet connection
