[Remote] Hyperscale Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service as the single point of contact for one of our most important hyperscale accounts.
Responsibilities
- Lead Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact to respond to client inquiries, communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and facilitate alignment meetings across internal business teams
- Drive Operational Execution: Partner cross-functionally to ensure client assets are accurately received, processed, and reconciled while investigating discrepancies to implement process adjustments
- Manage Commercial Agreements: Interpret client Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOW), collaborate on project scoping, and oversee third-party vendors for warranty management and asset disposal
- Oversee Financial Reporting: Gather operational data to generate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), manage monthly client invoicing, and submit accurate monthly settlement reports to Finance
Skills
- Proven experience managing client relationships, driving program execution, and troubleshooting client issues within a fast-paced environment
- Strong capability to interpret commercial contracts (MSAs/SOWs), oversee project invoicing, and perform detailed data analysis for client reporting packages
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong time management to prioritize multiple complex projects under tight deadlines
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly encouraged
- Proficiency with business software tools
