[Remote] Human Resources Onboarding Specialist

Note The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Specialist for a client of ours. This role will support day-to-day operations for contractors on assignment across multiple client accounts, managing high-volume onboarding and ensuring compliance and consistency across accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding of new contractors by gathering and validating reputed company required legal documentation in alignment with client policies Verify employment documentation (including I-9 and E-Verify requirements where applicable) Initiate, monitor, and adjudicate background reputed company reports Assist contractors with new hire paperwork and system setup Track and manage contractor assignments, including time and expense entry reputed company VMS (Vendor Management Systems) platforms Capture and maintain accurate data across multiple systems to ensure database reputed company Monitor onboarding reputed company and proactively communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Payroll, Compliance, and Implementation teams Track and report missing documentation according to client requirements Maintain structured, organized records and process documentation for each account Provide ongoing contractor care throughout assignments, including regular reputed company and relationship management Assist contractors with updates to personal or assignment information in relevant systems Distribute reporting data on a regular reputed company, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness Support hiring managers with communication regarding policies and procedures Deliver a high-quality experience to both contractors and clients Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or HR operations Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (required) Experience working reputed company Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms (required) Experience maintaining databases and managing contractor records Familiarity with CRM platforms (reputed company experience is a plus) Experience in a high-volume environment Ability to manage and learn new technology with ease; managing multiple systems on a day-to-day basis Strong customer service orientation and client partnership reputed company Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong listening skills and ability to resolve inquiries effectively Highly detail-oriented, especially in document review and system input Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong organizational and time management skills Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively reputed company a team Company Overview Since​ ​1995,​ ​Lakeshore​ ​has​ ​provided​ ​Staffing,​ ​Recruiting​ ​and​ ​Payrolling​ ​services​ ​to employers​ ​in​ ​Denver​ ​and​ ​Chicago​ ​across​ ​multiple​ ​industries​.
