[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, acting as a strategic partner to clinicians and hiring executives.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen, and build a deep bench of Allied Health professionals through internal databases, social media, and innovative networking
- Partner with Account Managers to understand facility needs and match high-demand clinicians to specific open orders
- Lead negotiations on compensation packages and navigate the offer process to ensure successful placements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians on assignment, ensuring high retention through exceptional service and problem-solving
- Consistently hit and exceed individual and team-based KPIs to drive departmental growth
Skills
- At least 6+ months of experience in a professional business, sales, or staffing environment
- You are persuasive, upbeat, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are a self-starter who can multitask under pressure and adapt to the changing needs of the healthcare industry
- Ability to support a national desk, which may include occasional after-hours coordination to assist clinicians
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
