[Remote] Head of Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OWM is a startup focused on transforming the creator economy by making creators owners of the brands they promote. They are seeking a Head of Growth to lead customer acquisition and growth strategies for both brands and creators, ultimately scaling the user base and optimizing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel growth strategy: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion for both sides of our marketplace (brands and creators)
- Operationalize systems that need automation or can help us be more efficient. We live in Lovable and design systems instantly to solve problems that take our team of 10 and make us an arm of 100. So do you
- Set the growth targets, then hit them. Own the metrics that prove it, creativity + data is always the winning formula here
- Design and run a relentless experimentation engine; landing pages, lifecycle, paid, organic, partnerships, referral mechanics, etc. Test tactics, see signal, drive it till it stops working
- Build and own the growth stack: analytics, attribution, CRM hygiene, and reporting that tells us what's actually working
Skills
- 4+ years driving growth — demand gen, lifecycle, performance marketing, or marketplace growth — ideally at an early-stage startup or agency that moves fast and breaks things
- A clear track record of owning a number and moving it. You can point to growth you personally drove, not functions you managed
- AI native. If you're using ChatGPT to write copy, skip. You build tools that solve problems. Build agents that run automation, and are ear to the ground on the latest innovation that makes you a fox, not a sheep
- Founder mode: high autonomy, high accountability, low ego
- A clear understanding of the growing creator economy. Understand celebrities, athletes and creators. You live in culture and conversation. Creator marketing is marketing, and treating relationships like partnerships, not transactions
