[Remote] Head of Content Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, aiming to verify good identities and stop fraud. The Head of Content will lead content strategy and editorial direction, partnering with various stakeholders to create impactful content that strengthens the brand and drives growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Socure's content strategy across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and thought leadership
- Create compelling narratives that differentiate Socure in the market
- Partner with executives and internal experts to develop original thought leadership and industry insights
- Lead the development of research reports, customer stories, blogs, videos, webinars, and other strategic content
- Oversee website messaging and content strategy to improve engagement and conversion
- Build and manage editorial calendars and content programs across channels
- Collaborate with Revenue Marketing and Product Marketing to support campaigns and pipeline growth
- Leverage AI tools and modern content workflows to improve quality, scale, and efficiency
- Measure performance and optimize content based on audience insights and business impact
- Maintain and evolve Socure's brand voice and editorial standards
Skills
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial leadership, journalism, or related fields
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience building content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience partnering with executives and subject matter experts
- Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution, and audience engagement
- Experience managing content creators, freelancers, and agency partners
- Familiarity with AI-powered content and research tools
- B2B SaaS experience preferred
