[Remote] Regional Sales Manager - Water Transmission

This position is with their Adhesive Technologies business unit, where the Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute long-term growth strategies for major steel water pipe accounts and manage relationships with distribution partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for major steel water pipe accounts
- Identify opportunities across: mainline coatings, field joint coatings, heat shrink sleeves, viscoelastics, tapes, wraps
- Manage relationships and plans with distribution partners and monitor their financial performance
- Build account penetration plans across engineering, operations, procurement, QA/QC, and executive stakeholders
- Deliver sales and distribution targets (KP OSG and PC % and / or GP% targets) in sales area & monitor competitor activities and pricing
- Track upcoming municipal and regional water infrastructure projects
- Work with consulting engineers and utilities to influence specifications
- Provide sales forecast, monitor key KPIs, and leverage CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance
- Support product approvals and qualification testing
- Serve as the primary commercial and technical contact for assigned strategic accounts
Skills
- Minimum 10 years' experience in key account management or territory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strength in creating and giving presentations
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- AMPP Certification
- Experience in adhesives and/or water transmission account management
