[Remote] Growth Leader

As a Growth Leader, you will guide client partners through the Upmarket program, facilitating coaching sessions that drive accountability and produce measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes building relationships, driving client success, and continuously refining strategies to meet diverse client needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate 1:1 and small group growth sessions that deliver clarity, value, and actionable next steps
- Drive client partner outcomes by setting goals, tracking progress, and celebrating measurable wins
- Provide program and product feedback to improve PSBLTY offerings and client experiences
- Ensure deliverable quality and timeliness, reviewing work outputs and keeping commitments on scope and deadlines
- Conduct session prep and follow-up to reinforce accountability and maximize impact
- Support client partner retention through proactive relationship-building and high-value interactions
- Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, upgrade, and renewal opportunities aligned with client goals
- Build trust that leads to referrals through consistent results and world-class service
- Continuously refine growth playbooks, scripts, and approaches to meet the needs of diverse client partners
- Participate in internal team meetings, retrospectives, and leadership syncs to improve collaboration and delivery
Skills
- 2+ years helping people or organizations achieve meaningful growth through coaching, consulting, leadership, client success, or advisory work
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, create accountability, and drive measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering a world-class client experience
- 5+ years in coaching, consulting, leadership development, executive advisory, or client success roles
- Experience serving leaders in the wealth management industry, including financial advisors
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: brand strategy, sales growth, business development, culture, leadership, or organizational effectiveness
- Experience guiding business owners, executives, or leadership teams through growth and transformation
- Experience facilitating executive-level coaching conversations that create clarity, accountability, and sustained behavioral change
- Track record of driving measurable client outcomes, client retention, referrals, renewals, or expansion opportunities
