[Remote] Group Product Manager, Growth & CRM

They are seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the development of a unified CRM, focusing on both high-level strategy and hands-on execution to enhance client retention and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of 3 Product Managers
• Directly lead a dedicated squad to envision, build, and launch a unified CRM
• Partner closely with Go-To-Market teams to package, price, and position the CRM solution for maximum market impact
• Work with other product and platform teams to ensure the CRM is deeply integrated into the broader Playlist ecosystem, creating a frictionless experience for both business owners and their clients

Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a hands-on PM, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products from 0 to 1 and scaling them
• At least 3 years of experience managing Senior PMs. You know how to grow talent, delegate effectively, and maintain a high bar for excellence
• Deep understanding of client growth lifecycles and marketing systems. You understand the 'leaky bucket' problem and have diverse examples of how you have creatively improved the funnel (or built tools/platforms to enable) within successful Consumer or B2B companies
• You can analyze complex situations, generate nuanced strategic plans, and think end-to-end—from customer opportunity to product design and architecture to distribution and revenue
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, and operate collaboratively
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI into products to solve real-world user problems
