[Remote] Good Hands Repair Network Inside Technician Consultant

They are seeking a Property Good Hands Repair Network Inside Technician to analyze and process invoices related to mitigation, restoration, and abatement, ensuring accurate payments while delivering compassionate customer service.
Responsibilities
- Uses technical skills experience to ensure invoices reviewed are timely and proper
- Researches and responds to moderately complex and occasionally complex customer/vendor communications, concerns, conflicts or issues
- Advises management on coaching and mentoring opportunities
- Assists in assessing unit needs for training and development
- May lead or facilitate formal training for adjusters, processors or vendors
- Analyzes mitigation, abatement and remediation bills to assess appropriateness of charges and detect duplicate billings
- Reinspects or reviews vendor mitigation, abatement, remediation or estimates, makes corrections and recommendations and determines correct settlement amounts
- Analyzes usage of mitigation, abatement, and remediation vendors and identifies ways to improve usage and vendor partnerships
- Develops, manages and audits relationships with vendors in the Allstate preferred vendor network
- Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes
- Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations and decision making process
Skills
- Mitigation, restoration, abatement or mediation experience working with a vendor
- Uses technical skills experience to ensure invoices reviewed are timely and proper

- This role is required to work a Pacific Time Zone schedule. Applicants from Pacific and Mountain time preferred
- Property claims experience with mitigation, restoration, and abatement, including reviewing invoices and estimating settlement amounts
- Strong organizational skills, in pending assignment management
- One to two years of estimate proficiency in Xactimate preferred
- IICRC certifications are a plus
- Strong communication and customer focus, with the ability to explain decisions clearly and interact with empathy
- Negotiation and vendor management skills, including resolving issues, addressing discrepancies, and partnering effectively with vendors
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to review data, identify billing issues, and make sound decisions independently
