Visionary Dynamics Consulting Inc is seeking a US‑based, results‑oriented Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition in the US market. This remote, incentive‑based role is ideal for individuals who excel at outbound sales and closing deals independently.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities in the US market
- Prospect via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and referrals
- Identify decision‑makers and understand client pain points
- Present and pitch company offerings to US‑based prospects
- Own the sales cycle end‑to‑end: lead → pitch → negotiation → closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and revenue forecasts
- Coordinate with internal delivery / account teams post‑closure
Skills
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Acquisition
- Strong understanding of US customers, buying behavior, and sales cycles
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup
- Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and outcome‑focused
- Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach is a plus
