[Remote] German / English Customer Support Agent
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 5CA is a remote-first CX company working with passionate agents worldwide. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll provide customer service for multinational Consumer electronics and E-commerce companies, helping customers through various communication channels and troubleshooting their issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for multinational Consumer electronics and E-commerce companies
- Talking to customers via email, live chat, social media, and phone
- Calmly troubleshooting customer issues
- Helping customers when they need it the most
- Undergo assisted training to develop and improve skills to provide the best customer support
Skills
- You speak German at an advanced level (C1 minimum) and English at an intermediate level (B2 minimum)
- You are interested in E-commerce, consumer electronics, and customer satisfaction
- You are always open to working with new technologies and products
- You are a fast learner, take the initiative and excel at troubleshooting
- You have a dedicated quiet workspace located within your residence
- A minimum internet speed of 15Mb/s download and 15Mb/s upload with Latency
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM
- A 64-bit version of Windows 11 or newer (all versions except Windows S mode), or macOS 13 or newer
- An Intel Core i5-8300H or better/similar
- An Integrated graphics card
- A smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least: Android 10.0 or newer, Apple iOS 16.0 or newer
- Experience in a Customer service environment is a plus
