[Remote] Full Cycle Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Paramount is seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join their growing team. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume call center positions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume call center positions
- Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coach candidates on interview preparation and onboarding expectations
- Process background checks, drug screens, I-9s/E-Verify, and onboarding documentation
- Monitor candidate progress to ensure timely starts and resolve any issues that arise
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Bullhorn ATS
- Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals while providing an outstanding candidate experience
Skills
- Previous full cycle recruiting experience required
- High-volume recruiting experience required
- Staffing Experience
- Experience using Bullhorn ATS required
- Knowledge of onboarding processes, background checks, drug screens, and E-Verify
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Call center recruiting experience strongly preferred
