Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely bookkeeping for multiple clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, benefits, and tax filings in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
- Maintain digital records and financial documentation securely and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve financial discrepancies and answer inquiries regarding their accounts.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and payroll practices. Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping procedures, and payroll management.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence. Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll services, preferably with exposure to freelance or remote work.
- Experience working with small businesses, startups, or multiple client accounts is highly desirable. Working Hours

- Estimated 20–40 hours per week, depending on client needs and deadlines.
