[Remote] Finance Administrator

Paraná Clube SAF is seeking a Finance Administrator to support day-to-day financial operations and reporting in a part-time, remote capacity. The role involves managing financial records, assisting with budgeting, and providing analytical insights to management.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and updating financial records
- Assisting with budgeting and cash flow tracking
- Supporting financial planning activities
- Reviewing invoices and payments
- Reconciling accounts
- Ensuring accurate, timely data entry in financial systems
- Generating periodic financial reports
- Providing analytical insights to management
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders through clear, professional communication
Skills
- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrated Financial Planning capabilities, including budgeting support, cash flow monitoring, and basic forecasting
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with remote team members and present financial information clearly
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software
- Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work part time in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
- Professional certifications are a plus
