[Remote] EY-Parthenon - Strategy and Execution-Commercial Due Diligence-Senior Associate / Consultant

The Senior Associate/Consultant in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Commercial Due Diligence practice is responsible for identifying and analyzing strategic issues for clients, developing work plans, and managing case team members.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze the client’s most strategic issues
- Develop work plans, design and conduct analyses, synthesize conclusions, and manage other case team members
- Work on a variety of client issues, such as developing growth strategies for organizations, performing due diligence on acquisition candidates, assessing attractiveness of potential targets, understanding new markets, turning around underperforming institutions, reducing operating costs and implementing change
Skills
- Outstanding academic performance, with a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of related work experience
- Experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment banking, market research, or a quantitative type of research function
- Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities
- Proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in a professional environment
- Effective organization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
- You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position
- The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs
- MBA or graduate degree with at least 18 months of related work experience
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot
