[Remote] Enterprise Account Manager -US

The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic healthcare partnerships and driving sales in large enterprise accounts through consultative selling at the C-suite level.
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop national enterprise accounts including current Lingo targets such as national diabetes prevention programs, employer wellness programs, national distributor networks, clinical education providers, channel partnerships and alternative medicine practice groups
- Leverage and build top-down executive relationships with C-suite and KDMs at target enterprise accounts across the US
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through commercial agreement, delivering scalable Lingo adoption pathways within enterprise organizations
- Negotiate enterprise contracts, volume agreements, and strategic HCP partnerships in alignment with Lingo commercial and compliance requirements
- Initiate contact with and maintain relationships with the C-Suite and key clinical stakeholders
- Build and leverage relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts to maintain, grow and gain business
- Build and manage a structured enterprise pipeline from prospecting through account management, reporting regularly to the Head of HCP Sales on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
- Conduct market analysis and leverage business intelligence reporting to identify high-potential enterprise segments and prioritize account targeting based on population health impact, commercial fit, and clinical alignment with Lingo’s value proposition
- Represent Lingo at national conferences, industry events, and key opinion leader forums to build brand presence and generate enterprise pipeline
Skills
- Must possess a minimum of a BS/BA degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- Ability to interface with executive level customers and must possess excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong and persuasive presentation skills
- Proven ability to work on own initiative and collaboratively in a team environment on multiple tasks is required
- Ability to work constructively and decisively with external and internal customers and key opinion leaders
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment
- This position will require travel up to 60%
- 10 years selling or commensurate experience
