[Remote] Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creative Circle is a financial tech company seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their growing team. The role involves building and maintaining the affiliate program, optimizing partnerships, and collaborating with various internal teams to drive growth and success in the affiliate channel.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with their team to build and maintain the affiliate program, manage the internal process (including compliance, reporting and analytics, forecasting, etc.), and lead internal stakeholder and partner engagement
- Maintain a deep understanding of lead generation and the day-to-day operations of managing their affiliate partners and relationships
- Optimize and develop affiliate programs and strategically growing affiliate accounts
- Uses data to drive optimization decisions on performance campaign strategies, placements and creative
- Responsible for scaling volume efficiently using the data and forecasted goals within the affiliate channel
- Analyzes data, optimizes performance, identifies areas of improvement, and recommends ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues
- Develops affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals, and other avenues
- Works with various internal teams, including: Business Unit, Growth Engineering, Data Science, Marketing to achieve goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop internal strategy and structure for the Affiliate department that will support growth and long-term success
Skills
- 3+ years in Affiliate Marketing
- 7+ years of marketing experience
- Bachelors degree
- Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position
- Data driven mindset and experience in optimizing and scaling partnerships and/or performance campaigns
- Experience with data reporting & affiliate marketing platforms (Tableau, Impact, Snowflake etc.)
- Experience developing, closing and growing affiliate partnerships
- Has the ability to optimize from lead to revenue through negotiations and is able to translate that data into actions
- Highly self-motivated and success-driven professional, capable of generating relationships through own initiative
- Experience in the Finance industry a plus
