[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive - SaaS - FinTech (Credit Unions & Regional Banks) - US

Rothstein Recruitment is seeking a senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a rapidly growing FinTech company focused on driving new business growth within credit unions and regional banks. The role involves owning the full sales cycle and developing strategic relationships to help financial institutions modernize their technology infrastructure through innovative SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close across regional banks, community banks, and credit unions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, Operations leaders, and executive management teams
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the mid-market banking segment
- Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders across technology, operations, compliance, risk, procurement, and executive leadership
- Develop tailored value propositions aligned to the operational efficiency, customer experience, digital transformation, and regulatory priorities of financial institutions
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities while delivering accurate forecasting and sales reporting
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure successful customer acquisition and long-term account growth
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product development and broader commercial strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, banking conferences, and credit union forums to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
Skills
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with significant exposure to the FinTech ecosystem
- Demonstrated success selling technology solutions into credit unions, regional banks, community banks, or mid-market financial institutions
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in a hunter-focused new business role
- Experience managing consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, security reviews, procurement processes, and executive sponsorship
- Strong understanding of the US banking and credit union technology landscape, including digital transformation initiatives, cloud adoption, payments, lending, and core banking modernization
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a high-growth environment
- High levels of commercial acumen, resilience, and a passion for helping financial institutions modernize and innovate
- Existing network of decision-makers across regional banking and credit union segments strongly preferred
- East Coast preferred, with flexibility for exceptional remote candidates
