About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Remote Early Learning Program Coordinator to manage and enhance our online early childhood education initiatives. This fully remote position is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about leveraging technology to deliver high-quality educational experiences to young children and their families. You will be instrumental in developing curriculum, training facilitators, and ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual learning programs from your home office, regardless of your physical location. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of early childhood pedagogy, and the ability to thrive in a virtual, collaborative environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital early learning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee innovative online curriculum and learning modules for preschool-aged children. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of remote early learning facilitators, ensuring consistent quality and engagement. Manage the day-to-day operations of the virtual learning platform, troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing user experience. Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, making data-driven improvements to enhance learning outcomes. Ensure compliance with all relevant educational standards and safety regulations for online child engagement. Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to promote the program and manage platform development. Create engaging content, including virtual story times, interactive lessons, and parent resources. Foster a supportive and communicative community among facilitators, children, and parents within the digital space. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in early childhood education and digital learning. Prepare regular reports on program performance, engagement metrics, and financial oversight for senior management.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 3 years in a program management or leadership role. Proven experience in developing and managing online or distance learning programs. Exceptional understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate online learning strategies. Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, particularly in a remote setting. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use it to drive program improvements. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A stable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup are required.
