Our client is a growing organization focused on producing high-quality creative content that supports digital marketing, advertising, and brand growth. Their creative team develops engaging multimedia assets across multiple digital channels, helping execute marketing campaigns while maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence. As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a Creative Content Producer to increase production capacity and support the delivery of high-impact creative projects. Role Overview The Creative Content Producer will be responsible for producing, editing, and delivering high-quality video and multimedia content that supports digital advertising, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. The Creative Content Producer will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and broader creative team, execute projects from established creative briefs, and ensure all assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced creative production, thrives on collaboration, and consistently delivers polished content on tight deadlines. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CT

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Editing Produce and edit high-quality video content for digital advertising, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, audio cleanup, and color correction. Deliver polished multimedia content aligned with campaign objectives. Creative Execution Execute creative projects based on established creative briefs. Collaborate with the Creative Director to bring creative concepts to life. Ensure creative assets meet brand standards and quality expectations. Support the completion of production backlogs through efficient execution. Collaboration & Project Management Work closely with designers, copywriters, and creative stakeholders. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Organize and maintain project files and creative assets. Communicate project progress and collaborate effectively throughout production. Continuous Improvement Stay current with video editing techniques and creative trends. Evaluate emerging creative tools that improve production efficiency. Support continuous improvement of creative workflows and content quality. Contribute ideas that enhance creative output and production capacity.

Qualifications

Experience 2–4 years of professional experience in video editing, multimedia production, content creation, or a similar creative role. Experience editing content for digital marketing campaigns. Experience producing branded, commercial, or social media video content. Experience collaborating within agency or in-house creative teams is preferred. Experience supporting digital marketing or advertising campaigns is preferred. Experience with higher education or automotive aftermarket marketing is a plus.

Qualifications

Skills Strong video editing skills. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro. Basic proficiency with Adobe After Effects. Strong creative collaboration skills. Strong understanding of brand consistency and quality control. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus. Basic understanding of performance marketing and digital campaigns.
