[Remote] District Sales Manager, Rocky Mountain
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centinel Spine, LLC is the leading global medical device company focused on cervical and lumbar spinal disease. They are seeking a District Sales Manager for the Rocky Mountain area to support strategic sales initiatives and build relationships with key surgeons, accounts, and distributors in the ASC and Surgery Center market.
Responsibilities
- Align with Regional Sales Managers on strategic arthroplasty targets within their territory for clinical meetings
- Identify and manage ongoing training needs for key customers, OR support staff and sales teams
- Collaborate with the Quality team on complaint handling, recalls/advisory notices, and other quality management system or regulatory requirements
- Drive initial contact, introductions, sales strategy, product implementation, and contract finalization
- Onboard and train new distributors within the district, specifically for ASCs
- Establish and maintain relationships with key surgeons and accounts
- Provide case coverage and operating room (OR) interaction as needed, focusing on new surgeons and distributors
- Serve as the lead for new surgeons completing their first case with Centinel Spine, supporting follow-up cases (3-5) to build lasting customer relationships
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on district performance and activities
- Work closely with management, surgeon advisors and marketing personnel with the objective of executing corporate objectives, identifying strategic opportunities and advancing Centinel Spine’s corporate philosophy
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Experience in ASCs, National GPOs, IDNs, health systems, and contracting
- Knowledge of AdvaMed guidelines and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable to workflow changes
- Proven ability to manage processes, escalate challenges, and ensure timely outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in business management preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years in musculoskeletal device industry, with 3+ years in spinal devices preferred
- Management experience preferred
