[Remote] Senior Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Spaceback is the global leader and creator of Social Display and SocialCTV. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, building relationships, and driving sales, managing the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential new clients through existing network / prospecting tools and nurture existing clients as assigned
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Spaceback
- Conduct needs assessments to understand if potential clients fit Spaceback’s Ideal Client Profile
- Establish and build strategic relationships with key decision makers at agencies, trading desks, and in-house brand teams
- Present Spaceback to clients, tailoring each presentation to match the specific brand needs and demonstrating how Spaceback can help achieve business goals
- Strengthen client relationships by maintaining regular communication through platform feature updates and other relevant information to the agency / brand
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to contribute to product improvements
- Track all outreach and client activities in CRM
Skills
- 5+ years of sales experience within digital marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well independently
- Strong sales skills, including: prospecting, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing deals
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality client interactions
- Programmatic expertise is strongly preferred
