[Remote] Director of Strategic Growth

In this role, you will serve as a primary strategic advisor, translating business objectives into integrated marketing strategies and identifying growth opportunities within the marketing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-level growth strategies
- Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans
- Evaluate each client's marketing ecosystem to identify new growth opportunities
- Lead strategic planning sessions and executive client presentations
- Build channel strategies across paid media, email, social, organic, partnerships, and emerging opportunities
- Partner with the Data & Insights Lead to transform reporting into actionable business strategy
- Maintain relationships with publishers, platform partners, and strategic vendors
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across strategy, creative, project management, media, and analytics
- Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned client relationships
Skills
- Experience in developing annual, quarterly, and campaign-level growth strategies
- Ability to translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans
