Paid Social Specialist (Part-time) - EMEA

We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist to join Finch's global team on a part-time contract basis. This is not an execution-only role: we need someone with a genuine point of view on paid social, who can operate independently, think in outcomes, and deliver results without heavy direction. Responsibilities

Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end, from strategy to execution and optimization Contribute to creative strategy: review assets and provide performance-based feedback, not just media buying decisions Monitor campaign performance proactively and flag issues before they escalate Collaborate asynchronously with a globally distributed team, maintaining clear and concise communication throughout Onboard quickly and operate with autonomy from day one Why Join Finch Work globally, stay flexible: Join a fully distributed team across the US, LATAM, Europe, and Asia. Requirements

We're looking for:We're looking for: 3–6 years of experience in paid social, with Meta Ads as your core platform Experience with other platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn is a plus Background in DTC or e-commerce: you understand both performance and brand objectives Experience operating as a freelancer, contractor, or in a lean team without heavy structure Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Based in EMEA
