[Remote] Director of Product Management

Telluride Spa Care is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the development and execution of their product strategy. This role involves overseeing the product lifecycle, collaborating with various teams, and delivering innovative products that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, market opportunities, competitive analysis, and business impact
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to successfully bring products to market
- Establish product goals, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data to guide decision-making
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to identify new product opportunities
- Develop business cases, product requirements, and go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Present product strategies, roadmaps, and business updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across product management processes and best practices
- Manage competing priorities while ensuring successful execution across multiple product initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience developing and executing product strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, customer discovery, and agile development methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, software, fintech, healthcare technology, or other high-growth industries
- Experience managing and developing Product Managers
- Familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, and user research methodologies
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
