[Remote] Salesforce Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avenue Code is seeking a high-performing Product Manager with expertise in Salesforce ecosystems and the Financial Services / Capital Markets industry. In this fully remote role, you will own the product lifecycle and strategy, translating complex financial workflows and client management needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, drive, and execute the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce-driven platforms, ensuring alignment with overarching financial business goals
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the strategic bridge between business units (traders, advisors, analysts, executives) and technical engineering teams to translate complex financial requirements into technical specifications
- Backlog & Execution: Author detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Salesforce Maximization: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Salesforce capabilities (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud), identifying opportunities to automate workflows, optimize data integrity, and enhance user experience
- Change Management: Oversee user adoption strategies, gather post-launch feedback, and lead continuous discovery to iterate on the platform
Skills
- Proven experience working directly within the Financial Services, Banking, or Capital Markets sectors. You must understand the core terminologies, regulatory landscapes, and workflows of the financial industry
- Robust experience managing, configuring, or leading product delivery within the Salesforce platform. You know how to leverage Salesforce architecture to solve complex business problems
- A solid track record as a Senior Product Manager managing enterprise-level software products from conception to launch
- Must be located in the U.S. and possess the ability to travel (less than 10%) to New York City or Calabasas, CA for key on-site workshops or stakeholder meetings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and present complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud Specialist)
- Certified Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and proprietary financial systems or third-party market data feeds
