[Remote] Director of Performance Marketing & Growth Analytics

CodeVertex Innovations LLC is seeking a Director of Performance Marketing & Growth Analytics to lead growth strategy, paid acquisition, marketing analytics, and performance optimization across digital channels. This role is ideal for a senior growth leader who understands paid media, conversion funnels, campaign analytics, customer acquisition, attribution, and performance-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, native, affiliate, and other acquisition channels
- Build and optimize customer acquisition funnels from traffic generation to lead conversion
- Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and lifetime value
- Create growth experiments to improve landing pages, ad creative, targeting, messaging, and funnel performance
- Work with data, product, engineering, and business teams to improve tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to monitor campaign performance and business KPIs
- Identify new growth channels, audience segments, and optimization opportunities
- Manage campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance targets
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad messaging and landing page conversion
- Use analytics to recommend strategic changes that improve revenue, efficiency, and scalability
- Maintain clear documentation of campaigns, tests, results, and growth insights
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or related roles
- Strong experience managing paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, native ads, display, affiliate, or programmatic campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data, funnel metrics, and business KPIs
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, UTM structures, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards
- Ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and improve acquisition efficiency
- Strong understanding of landing pages, conversion rate optimization, creative testing, and funnel strategy
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain marketing performance clearly
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with B2B lead generation, SaaS, technology services, consulting, or performance-based marketing
- Experience with SQL, data visualization, or deeper marketing analytics workflows
- Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets
- Experience with affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or performance-based customer acquisition
- Experience building campaign tracking systems and marketing dashboards
- Experience working with technical teams to improve attribution, automation, and data quality
