[Remote] Technical Product Manager – TPM & Secure Element (M/F)

SEALSQ is a fast-growing leader in post-quantum cryptography and secure semiconductors, seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the market positioning and execution of their infrastructure security chips. The role focuses on defining winning products that meet evolving cybersecurity requirements and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
Responsibilities
- Own the Market Requirements Document for TPM and Secure Element product lines, grounded in primary research with partners, OEMs, ODMs, and customers
- Engage standards bodies to influence specifications and anticipate certification requirements
- Support sales with customer presentations and deal shaping for strategic accounts
- Serve as SEALSQ’s expert voice in the market for its product lines
- Own business case development and product P&L
- Build and maintain a multi-generation product roadmap aligned with silicon process node transitions and customer design-win timelines
- Define the business model: captive supply for internal platforms, merchant silicon revenue, security IP licensing, and firmware/attestation service attach rates
- Own the go-to-market planning and execution for the TPM launch and future releases, in collaboration with Product Management and Sales
- Define and track key GTM metrics: design-win pipeline, sampling requests, collateral downloads, and event lead generation
Skills
- 10+ years of product development experience, with at least 3 years focused on hardware products in security, networking, or compute infrastructure
- Proven track record in TPM certification and application
- Deep understanding of embedded security technologies: TPM 2.0 (TCG spec), hardware root of trust, and cryptographic services
- Experience with the TPM ecosystem: BIOS/firmware integration, Microsoft Windows HLK, Linux IMA/TPM2-tools, and platform attestation
- Field Application Engineer profile, hands-on, with strong business acumen and a desire to grow toward product definition and marketing
- Fluent English required
- Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications (TCG, FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria)
- French is a plus
