[Remote] Director of Commercial Growth

The Director of Commercial Growth will lead the Dealer Growth & Strategic Accounts team, driving profitable revenue growth through expanding dealer relationships and improving customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team
- Create a culture of accountability, execution, and continuous improvement
- Expand relationships within existing dealer groups while identifying new business opportunities
- Drive profitable revenue growth through disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
- Spend meaningful time with customers and prospects to understand their business, strengthen relationships, and uncover new opportunities
- Partner with Operations, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Technology to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Analyze business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
Skills
- Proven success leading high-performing sales or commercial teams
- Demonstrated experience growing strategic customer relationships and driving revenue
- Strong business acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial strategy
- Experience coaching, developing, and motivating sales professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and prospects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience within transportation, logistics, automotive, fleet management, or another B2B service industry is preferred
