[Remote] Director of Brand Partnerships and Earned Media

In this high-impact contract leadership role, you will drive brand collaborations, oversee PR strategy, and work cross-functionally to bring innovative campaigns to life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for brand partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage high-value brand collaborations
- Build compelling partnership pitches alongside Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams
- Oversee partnership execution from contract through campaign delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional project coordination
- Lead earned media strategy and manage an external PR agency
- Establish KPIs and measure partnership and PR performance
- Stay ahead of industry trends across media, creators, and digital marketing
Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, earned media, branded content, or strategic marketing
- Proven track record developing and executing successful brand collaborations
- Strong relationships with brands, agencies, and senior marketing leaders
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with experience managing multiple cross-functional initiatives
- Deep understanding of digital media, creators, and consumer marketing trends
- 2–3+ years of people management experience preferred
- Experience with celebrity partnerships is a plus
