[Remote] Dir, Diligence Reporting (100% Remote)

The Director of Diligence Reporting is responsible for overseeing the diligence reporting workflow and managing the reporting analysts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to clients. This role also involves training, client communication, and quality control for various reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Request, confirm, and build billing reports for all clients as needed
- Performs full valuation, DSCR and debt yield analyses
- Day to Day Management and oversight of SFR reporting team. Manages due diligence processes, tracking, and coordinating the information flow, and reviewing and analyzing company, sponsor, and market information
- Provide training, support, testing and monitoring of the Capital Market Dashboard
- Work with leadership to maintain appropriate staffing levels and work to ensure all team members are provided proper mentoring and development to achieve their developmental goals
- Conduct effective communications with clients including preparation of all reporting including Funding Reports
- Manage completion certifications for warehouse, term and securitizations deals as well as providing 15 E filings for securitizations
- Oversee file uploads, status reporting, BOT production, and quality control pertaining to SFR Clients
- Participate in Client calls relating to securitizations and debt facilities
- Facilitate and help to conduct Training, department meetings, and one on one meetings with direct reports
- Oversee client communication by direct reports ensuring appropriate and timely responses
- Monitors and evaluates current events related to real estate markets
- Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
Skills
- 10 years SFR reporting and/or file review experience
- 5 years prior real estate experience with knowledge of real estate valuations
- Expert knowledge of GRCCU and Micro strategies Systems
- Read and understand Evaluation Service Agreements and Work Orders
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills across multiple domains (written, verbal, interpersonal, listening)
- Good administrative skills with highly collaborative approach
- Set an example of professionalism and respect for others
- Positive attitude in handling challenging situations
- Good prioritization, planning, problem-solving and implementation skills showing initiative and follow-through
- Ability to conduct/interact professionally and effectively at multiple levels within the organization

- Proven reliability and dependability in attendance and punctuality
- Experience/ability to work as a subject matter expert and answer questions from team members regarding work product and client inquiries
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Benefits
- Anticipated base salary/hourly rate from $78,000 to $118,000 based on skills and experience
