[Remote] DevOps Engineer (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CVS Health is building a world of health around every individual, and they are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer. This role will focus on supporting and scaling their data platform, with an emphasis on infrastructure automation and the delivery of data pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Support and scale our AWS- and Databricks-based data platform
- Focus on infrastructure automation, CI/CD, environment management
- Enabling rapid, secure delivery of data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards
Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, platform automation, or related engineering roles
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows and branching strategies
- Experience with Pulumi and/or Terraform for cloud and data platform automation
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services (IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, QuickSight, etc.)
- Experience provisioning and managing Databricks resources and automating deployments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of AWS Glue, Redshift, or other data services
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, etc.)
