[Remote] Customer Success Associate

Guardoc Health is a mission-driven healthtech startup focused on tackling clinician burnout and administrative overload through AI solutions. They are seeking a Customer Success Associate to manage the customer experience from implementation to ongoing support, ensuring users derive real-world value from their services.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations from prep through go-live, ensuring readiness, clarity, and confidence at launch
- Deliver training to frontline staff and leadership to support early adoption and correct usage
- Own user adoption and consistency metrics across accounts and customer sites
- Monitor utilization patterns, identify drop-offs or misuse, and proactively intervene to reinforce correct workflows
- Serve as the primary operational contact post-implementation to troubleshoot workflow challenges and support ongoing enablement
- Escalate systemic issues when needed and partner internally to resolve root causes
- Capture and synthesize user feedback to identify recurring challenges and improvement opportunities Advocate for user needs while balancing scalability and standardization, and share insights with internal teams to improve the overall user experience
Skills
- Experience in Customer Success, Implementation, or Operations—ideally within healthcare and/or healthcare SaaS
- Familiarity working in clinical environments and communicating with nurses, DONs, CNOs, regional leaders, and frontline staff
- Proven ability to drive adoption, utilization, and behavior change in operational settings
- Comfort navigating complex workflows, staffing models, and real-world clinical constraints
- Highly organized with strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through
