[Remote] Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll support clients by fulfilling orders, providing timely updates, and ensuring accuracy throughout the record retrieval process.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide updates on order status
- Accurately enter client requests and verify order details
- Confirm facility locations and ensure documentation is complete
- Monitor and follow up on open orders to keep turnaround times on track
- Maintain detailed records and ensure all information is logged correctly
