[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Remote)

The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing support for various service areas, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Provide support for escrow, insurance, billing, claims, technical support, and related service areas
  • Resolve first-level and escalated customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Verify customer account and contact information
  • Research customer concerns and implement appropriate solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records, logs, reports, and documentation
  • Track and coordinate customer issues through resolution
  • Make outbound calls regarding customer accounts requiring additional attention
  • Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate resolutions with collections and internal teams

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
