[Remote] Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
Skills
- 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High speed internet (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
- This position requires that you reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA
