[Remote] Corporate Vice President/ Senior Vice President- Private Equity Sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leadership Tilt is seeking a highly consultative sales professional to engage with Private Equity operating partners and portfolio company leadership teams. The role involves acting as a strategic advisor, shaping AI and technology-led transformation agendas, and converting them into large-scale services engagements.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory & Deal Origination
- Partner with PE operating partners to identify value creation opportunities across portfolio companies
- Shape technology and AI-led transformation theses aligned to investment objectives
- Translate business challenges into structured, actionable programs
- Consultative Sales Execution
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from problem definition to closure
- Position Persistent as a strategic transformation partner, not just a vendor
- Build and convert pipeline across PE portfolios and large enterprises
- Portfolio Engagement
- Work directly with CXOs of portfolio companies to diagnose challenges and define solutions
- Drive cross-portfolio initiatives (digital, data, AI, modernization)
- Influence stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Executive Relationship Management
- Build trusted relationships with PE firms, operating partners, and senior client executives
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely at board/executive level
