The role involves building candidate pipelines, conducting assessments, and partnering with hiring managers to define hiring criteria.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and hiring criteria
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline volume, and conversion rates
Skills
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, either agency or in-house
- Strong experience in sourcing across platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
- Strong experience in managing multiple open roles simultaneously with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong experience in ATS tools and recruiting workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
