[Remote] Content Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pacer Group is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to support their corporate Digital Content Management Team. The role involves managing public site content and assisting with digital campaigns, particularly for the Medicare 2026 Annual Enrollment Period.
Responsibilities
- Team supports public site content management and Digital campaigns
- Contractor will work closely with Manager and other Digital Communication Specialists to understand daily tasks and priorities
- Tasks include website content management (implementing content to websites or making website updates) and site QA
Skills
- High School diploma
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Communications or a related field
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Sitecore (3+ years)
- Proven experience in web and/or digital content management, preferably within the healthcare or insurance industry (3+ years)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Sitecore and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Healthcare experience
